Be transparent by default. Appreciate and trust in the different working styles of others. Trust is implicit, show up for others and keep it.

Appreciate different backgrounds and cultures. Foster an environment where opinions and ideas can be freely shared in healthy debates. Understand where someone is coming from, no matter how unpopular they sound. Adapt to other people's circumstances and have an international mindset from day one.
