EagleNet: instant payment network
The gateway to effortless compliance and reliable fiat access
EagleNet is Fiat Republic's proprietary closed-loop settlement network — a 24/7 real-time payment infrastructure that connects crypto platforms and liquidity providers within a single, regulated ecosystem. Unlike traditional payment rails, EagleNet operates entirely inside the Fiat Republic network: no SEPA, no Faster Payments, no banking-hours restrictions. Funds move instantly between accounts, compliance is monitored in real time, and every transaction is backed by MiCA-regulated e-money tokens.

Instant settlements
Real-time transactions 24/7, independent of banking hours.
We’ll monitor compliance, fraud, and emerging crypto regulations for you. We stay close to local regulators to represent the interests of the crypto community and keep all the members of our network prepared for any new regulatory standards.
Our compliance team monitors every transaction in real time through Oxygen, our dedicated transaction monitoring platform. We maintain direct relationships with local regulators across the UK, EU, and US — so when new crypto regulation drops, your operations are already prepared. No scrambling, no surprises.
Fluid liquidity between providers
Move funds instantly between providers with a seamless user experience.
Whether you're an OTC desk settling trades, an exchange managing treasury flows, or a liquidity provider rebalancing positions, EagleNet removes the friction of waiting for rails to clear. Funds are available the moment the transaction is confirmed — not minutes later, not the next business day.
Cost reduction: zero payment rail fees
Eliminate traditional payment rail fees for significant savings.
Every SEPA, Faster Payments, or SWIFT transaction carries per-transaction fees and introduces delay risk. EagleNet bypasses these rails entirely for in-network transfers. There are no per-transaction rail fees, no EUR 100,000 SEPA Instant caps, and no cut-off windows. For high-volume operations, this translates directly to margin.
Regulatory confidence built in
Operate within EagleNet, our trusted closed-loop network that meets all regulatory standards. Built on MiCA-approved stablecoins, it provides the highest level of compliance and security for every transaction.
EagleNet's e-money tokens — ENEUR (EUR-pegged) and ENGBP (GBP-pegged) — were issued in August 2025 under MiCA, among the first regulated EMTs in Europe. They are issued by Fiat Republic Netherlands BV, regulated by the AFM (Dutch financial markets authority), and held in segregated accounts by Stichting Custodian Fiat Republic. All tokens are redeemable at par value with no redemption fees.
How EagleNet works: real-time fiat settlement without the rails
EagleNet powers real-time transactions 24/7/365, ensuring continuous liquidity and minimizing fund transit times.
Internal processing advantage
All payments stay within the Fiat Republic ecosystem, enabling instant settlements between accounts regardless of ownership.
Because payments never leave the Fiat Republic ledger, there is no on-chain settlement delay, no correspondent banking lag, and no exposure to external rail outages. Counterparty and settlement risk are eliminated for all in-network transfers.
Developer-friendly API integration
Single API integration for all fiat flows—no batch files needed. Create payments using account IDs with automatic eligible payee detection.
Reference a payee by their account ID, the API automatically detects eligible recipients within the network. No batch files, no reference-based reconciliation, no manual matching.

}EagleNet and MiCA-compliant e-money tokens
In August 2025, Fiat Republic launched ENEUR (pegged to EUR) and ENGBP (pegged to GBP) — among the first regulated e-money tokens (EMTs) in Europe under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Issued on the Algorand blockchain by Fiat Republic Netherlands BV, both tokens are approved by the AFM (Dutch financial markets authority) for custody, administration, and transfer services.
All funds backing ENEUR and ENGBP are held in segregated accounts by Stichting Custodian Fiat Republic, a dedicated Dutch foundation. Tokens are redeemable at par value with no redemption fees. ENUSD (USD) is currently in development.
This makes EagleNet one of the few settlement networks in Europe operating under a fully regulated EMT framework — giving your compliance team a defensible, audit-ready infrastructure from day one.

GOAT Finance — fiat access across multiple jurisdictions
GOAT Finance relied on fragmented banking relationships — facing account closures and delays across multiple jurisdictions. After integrating EagleNet, they gained instant SEPA and SWIFT access, banking redundancy, and compliance infrastructure aligned with MiCA. Integration took approximately two weeks of coding.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is EagleNet and how does it differ from SEPA Instant?
EagleNet is Fiat Republic's closed-loop real-time settlement network for crypto platforms and liquidity providers. Unlike SEPA Instant, which has a EUR 100,000 per-transaction cap and operates through external banking rails, EagleNet has no amount cap, operates 24/7/365 inside the Fiat Republic ecosystem, and carries no payment rail fees for in-network transfers.
What currencies does EagleNet support?
EagleNet currently supports EUR via ENEUR and GBP via ENGBP, both MiCA-regulated e-money tokens issued on the Algorand blockchain. ENUSD (USD support) is currently in development.
Are there fees for transactions on EagleNet?
There are no payment rail fees for in-network transactions on EagleNet. Fiat Republic applies its standard platform fee, but the per-transaction SEPA, Faster Payments, and SWIFT fees that apply to external rail transfers are eliminated for EagleNet members.
Is EagleNet regulated under MiCA?
Yes. EagleNet's e-money tokens (ENEUR and ENGBP) are issued under MiCA by Fiat Republic Netherlands BV, regulated by the AFM (Dutch financial markets authority). All funds are held in segregated accounts by Stichting Custodian Fiat Republic, a dedicated Dutch foundation. Tokens are redeemable at par value with no redemption fees.
How does EagleNet compare to BCB BLINC or Sygnum Connect?
EagleNet, BLINC, and Sygnum Connect are all closed-loop settlement networks for crypto institutions operating 24/7. EagleNet differentiates on three points: MiCA-regulated EMT infrastructure (among the first in Europe), direct integration with Fiat Republic's full BaaS platform including compliance onboarding and virtual IBANs, and a Consortium model that gives members collective bargaining power with banks and regulators.
